Yes! You can connect any domain you own (e.g. yourbrand.com). We generate all essential MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification records for one-click DNS configuration.
How does pooled shared storage work?
Instead of capping individual mailboxes, your total plan quota is shared across every email address you create. One active account can consume 12 GB while lesser-used accounts use only 200 MB.
Can I connect to Apple Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird?
Yes. MailBig provides standard TLS-secured IMAP, POP3, and authenticated SMTP access. You can sync emails, calendars (CalDAV), and address books (CardDAV) to macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android.
What is the difference between Workspace and Roundcube?
Both are included free on all tiers. Workspace offers a full productivity suite with shared team calendars, contact book, task manager, and notes. Roundcube is an ultra-fast, lightweight webmail client for reading and composing.
