By using our website, dashboard, hosting environment, and related services, you fully agree to the terms and conditions listed here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue using our services.
These Terms & Conditions are published in addition to our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). All policies combined govern your relationship with MailBig as a service user.
1. Definitions
Client / Customer / User refers to you or the entity using our services.
We / Us / Our refers to MailBig operated under CloudNeuron Technologies LLP.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining confidentiality of login details
- securing passwords
- monitoring unauthorized activity in your own account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious activity, security threats, or abuse.
3. Service Activation & Resource Fair Usage
MailBig provides email hosting resources in a shared environment. If usage negatively impacts performance for other customers, resource limitations or throttling may be applied to protect system stability.
We do not guarantee unlimited usage if it affects system health.
4. Payment, Refund & Renewals
Billing is subscription-based unless otherwise specified.
MailBig provides no refund, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Non-payment or overdue invoices may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Data Responsibility & Backups
MailBig uses premium infrastructure, but customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
We cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by:
- user actions
- malware
- accidental deletions
- exploits from third-party scripts
6. Content Ownership
You are responsible for the content hosted or uploaded on your account.
MailBig does not review or validate content except in case of reported abuse or legal violation.
If law enforcement requests access under Indian law, we must comply.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
By using MailBig, you must comply with our AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Email Usage
Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email is strictly prohibited.
Examples of violations:
- mass mailing lists without consent
- purchased/harvested email databases
- email blasting tools
- injection-based email sending scripts
Mail servers are for legitimate site communication only (transactional or normal business use not exceeding fair usage levels).
Threat Vectors & Misuse
Strictly not allowed:
- DDoS attacks
- port scanning
- brute force attempts
- carding / dark web activity
- crypto mining scripts
- traffic manipulation bots
Our anti-abuse monitoring and automated security systems can suspend accounts instantly if threat patterns are detected.
8. Service Modifications
We may change pricing, features, or configurations at any time to improve infrastructure or maintain platform stability.
9. Policy Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance.
